For the first time ever, Bonamini introduces a MONOCULTIVAR extra virgin olive oil, produced with one of the most important types of olives of our territory:

the GRIGNANO type.

Local type and a constant product every year, we are talking about the GRIGNANO olive type,
which is at the base of our best extra virgin olive oil, the P.D.O. Veneto Valpolicella.
Bright green in color, it presents itself fresh to the nose with some grass and green apple aromas.

In the mouth it expresses its fruity taste and its natural softness.

Recommended to be used raw on seafood salads, steamed crustaceans, vegetable fries, mushroom soups,
pasta with shellfish, grilled fish, white meats and fresh cheeses.
Excellent also on warm bread, typical bruschetta that has been characterizing us for centuries.
