FROM STARTER TO DESSERT WITH BONAMINI
Recipes for all of you with a communal ingredient

1.       Crudités with olives and cold spreads
For the crudités: 10-15 cherry tomatoes, 2 carrots, 2 heads Belgian endive, 1 red and 1 yellow pepper, 2 fennels, 4 or 5 stalks celery and more seasonal vegetables as liking.
Wash all the vegatebles and cut them into strips which are going to be dip in your spreads and/or in your favorite Bonamini’s olive oil.
As an alternative: Bonamini has available a selection of crunchy vegetables in extravirgin olive oil ready to be used such as Artichockes Hearts, Sundried Tomatoes, Champignons Mushrooms and more…
For the spreads: a very much considerable selection available for you. Green and black olive spreads, fresh pesto, tomatoes sauces… You pick!

2.       Spring Mezze Penne Pasta
For the pasta: 450gr Mezze Penne Bonamini – draw to bronze appears rough to better retain condiments
For the condiments: Pesto Bonamini – Bonamini Basil and Chilli Pepper Flavored Olive Oils
For the vegetables:
4 tomatoes, 1 yellow pepper and 1 zucchini – boiled and marinated in Bonamini Valsecca extravirgin olive oil; then added to the pasta once it’s cooked.

3.      Chicken Salad –Bonamini Styles
For the chicken: 1 carrot, 1 onion, celery, herbs (parsley, thyme, bay leaves), 400gr chicken breasts.
Prepare a vegetable stock with about a liter and a half of salted water, vegetables and herbs… add salt and when it boils, put in the chicken. Cook for about 15 minutes, then turn off the heat but leave it in the broth for 20 minutes more. Let it cool down and then cut into small slices.
For the salad: Bonamini Pitted Olives, capers, almond/pine nuts/hazelnuts, Bonamini Vegetables in Olive Oil, Bonamini Santa Giustina Extravirgin Olive Oil.
Mix the chicken with the ingrediets above and to give a final touch add some mustard, at your liking.

4.      Cheesecake with lemon olive oil
First layer: 180gr dry cookies, some milk
Crumble the cookies and pour some milk just to compact them at the bottom of your glass.
Second layer: 500gr greek yogurt/cream cheese (at your liking)
Put one of them on the top of the cookie’s layer.
Third layer: seasonal fruits (3-4 different kinds)
Cut the fruits into small pieces and put it on the top of the yogurt/cream cheese’s layer.
Forth layer: Bonamini Lemon Flavored Olive Oil, to give that citrous and velvety touch.
As an alternative: use a regular Bonamini Extravirgin Olive Oil, like San Felice or Longazeria.
Pour the oil on the top of the fresh fruit; but be careful, don’t go too far with it!
Put the finished glass in the fridge covered with a wrap for about 2-3 hours, better a full night.
Serve once it’s cool and refreshing.
