AND THE PULP?

We say “NO WASTE” – PT. 3!

Trying to avoid any waste has always been one of the most important thing to take care of and during the years we’ve invested much time trying to make that happen: today we are proud to say that at the end of the production every single part of the olives is re-used in a totally natural way.

In the last few weeks we talked about how we re-use the pits and the water of the olives, today, as ending of this “serie”, we’d like to talk about the meat/pulp of our precious olives!

We know very well by now that “giving back to the land what the land has given us” is our most important philosophy when we talk about this topic and so, even in this case, we are able to use this to our advantage and in the most “green” way possible.
In fact, the meat of the olive is dried and re-used as dietary supplement for animals or, in our case since we don’t have animals, as compost for the soil and our trees.

We’ve always said and we will keep saying “NO WASTE”!
