UNFILTERED VALSECCA

It is the oil that comes from a variety of naturally delicate olives including Grignano, Gentile e Leccino.
Thus the classic oil appreciated in Northen Italy was born, with a delicate, harmonious and balanced flavor.


Variety: Grignano, Favarol, Frantoio, Leccino and Gentile
Olives production area: in the Verona province and/or in the best areas of olives vocation
Production period: beginning November
Method of pressing: cold pressing with continuous press
Acidity: 0,2% max
Colour: golden yellow with nuances tending to green
Taste: medium fruity reminding the original fruit, equilibrate taste
Cooking advice: on boiled and grilled fish dishes, steamed vegetables and all types of meat
